Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor for the Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) group to join our team in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO).As a Senior Advisor you will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Operations and Service Delivery group (OSD) and report to the Director of the OCOO.You will be engaging with others across the organisation, justice sector, ministers' offices and judicial offices to support the delivery of the functions and responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer and the Ministry.

Ō pūkenga/Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for: experience in providing trusted advice and leading significant pieces of worka good understanding of the machinery of government and legislative processesdemonstrated skills in forming and maintaining positive networks and partnershipsthe ability to influence at senior levels and to successfully work through othersthe ability to work collaboratively, within a close-knit team and autonomouslyexperience working with other agencies, external stakeholders and a range of people in the Ministry of Justice.

Utu ā-tau/SalarySalary band for this role is: $99,208 to $135,539. Appointing salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
