Job Description:Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses/Support Leads to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our People/tangata, ensuring their well-being and comfort on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Support People/tangata in their daily activities and provide excellent quality of care.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the direction of healthcare professionals.
- Assist People/tangata with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for People/tangata.
- A full, current New Zealand driver’s licence.
- A current practicing certificate.
- New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Nursing qualification (new graduates can apply).
- The initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box. You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.
- Flexibility to work shifts across a roster, including weekends.
- Ability to work in an environment of cultural understanding, dignity, equality, fairness and transparency.
