Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect local flavours and cafe/bar-style dining
- Maintain a consistently high standard of food presentation, taste, and quality
- Manage all kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, food safety, and scheduling
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to work efficiently and cohesively
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations (Food Control Plan, cleaning schedules, etc.)
- Work closely with management to plan specials, events, and menu updates
- Monitor food costs, minimise wastage, and maintain budget targets
