Willowbank Wildlife Reserve is looking for a bilingual guide (English & Mandarin Chinese) to join our team!
What you’ll do:- Lead engaging tours and keeper talks
- Deliver close-up animal encounters and special events
- Share conservation stories that inspire action
- Integrate Te Ao Maori cultural connections into visitor experiences
- Confident public speaker in English & Mandarin
- Passion for wildlife and conservation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and team-focused
Part-time/fixed term: 12 hrs/week (includes weekends/holidays), expected finish date April 2026
