Online and Retail Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our small team in a role that you can make your own.

We have a retail location and a need to grow our online presence; can you help us do that?

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and oversee product shipping on E-commerce portals such as Meta, Trade Me, and Shopify.
• Handle inbound inquiries through Chat, Email, and Telephone calls.
• Contribute to website enhancements and maintain up-to-date information.
• Manage social media profiles and engage in online campaign’s.
• Possess understanding and experience in SEO practices.
• Leverage IT knowledge to enhance digital marketing strategies and support sales efforts.
• Assist in our retail shop to build lasting relationships with our customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous sales experience, especially in the digital marketing domain preferred
• Enjoy the challenge of hitting sales targets.
• A keen interest or passion for the marketing and design industry.
• Strong IT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technical queries.
• Ability to maintain and refresh content on company websites.
• Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with SEO practices and their implementation.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A clean record.
• Willingness to undergo Police and Ministry of Defence vetting.
