We are a well established family business based in Whitford with a long standing history of carrying out

stone work. We are currently seeking a well experienced office administrator.
The suitable candidate MUST have very strong administration skills.
This position is for 4 days per week with Wednesday being the day off.

The hours are 8.30am-5.00pm. Mon/Tues/Thurs/Friday

This role is varied and the following skills and experience are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word - Excel is essential
  • Good knowledge of using MYOB and Xero Accounting software
  • Experience in monthly payment claims would be an advantage
  • Strong multitasking ability with a high level of organisation.
The responsibilities include:
  • Account duties and general administration work
  • Reporting to the Office Manager
  • Reception duties and managing customer enquiries
  • Data Entry in with Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Data Entry for time-sheets and Supplier Invoices
  • Word for quoting and estimates
  • Answering email/phone enquiries
The ideal candidate must have a vast knowledge of excel.

Previous experience in the construction industry would be an advantage

A professional and personable demeanor is essential with the suitable candidate being able to work autonomously

An excellent command of English is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent references, a willingness to adapt to any office tasks and be very adaptable and reliable.
