This is full time permanent position.Minimum of 35 hours per week (30-50 hours max)
Good pay rate (depending on experience)

Supervision and training skills
A flair for preparing and serving high quality meals ( a la carte)
An understanding of kitchen cost control
Duties and responsibilities.
Will work directly under supervision of Head Chef and Sous ChefReport to Head/sous Chef and Managers
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.Cook and package batches of food, which are prepared to order or kept warm
until sold.
Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on severaldifferent orders simultaneously.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles, ovens, stoves.
Pre-cook items, in order to prepare them for later service.
Prepare specialty dishes and other general foods following specific methods
that usually require short preparation time under supervision of Chefs
Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by
patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
Order, check and take delivery of supplies.
Schedule activities and equipment use with managers, using information about
daily menus to help coordinate cooking times.
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
Collaborate with the Executive Chefs and other Chefs/cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
Maintain accurate food inventories
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Rotate stock items as per established procedures
Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the
end of your shift
