What the role really is
50–100 calls a day — chasing leads, filling jobs, making connectionsMeet clients in construction, trades, warehousing, logistics
Source workers, get boots on the ground, solve problems fast
Drive to sites & build real relationships (Class 1 licence needed)
Think fast, move faster — no hand-holding
