Crown Rock Farm are seeking an Experienced Shepherd General to Join our team.
We are a family owned 4100 ha Sheep and Beef property between Roxburgh and Heriot, West Otago. We have 500 ha paddocks and the remainder tussock and hill.
Have a team of dogs; under good command.
Have a positive and friendly approach, good work ethic and be able to problem solve.
Hold a full drivers license.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Our staff structure may allow for those showing potential and wishing to take on more responsibility to do so.

Currently running 16,500 SU; Romtex ewes and Angus/Angus-cross breeding cows.
A experienced applicant should have the attributes listed below but we may look at the right person with less experience.
Have at least 2 years experience of Sheep and beef farmingHave a team of dogs; under good command.
Have a positive and friendly approach, good work ethic and be able to problem solve.
Hold a full drivers license.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be prepared to carry out all aspects of Shepherding including tractor driving, fencing and a range of other farming tasks.
