As Senior Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing tactical and operational analysis across Commercial Services. You will play a pivotal role in reporting on NZTA contracted partners agreed performance by automating and building dashboards, working collaboratively with stakeholders and providing regular reporting to support the teams to deliver an effective and enhanced regulatory function that is strongly aligned with our Regulatory Strategy Tū ake, tū māia.You will find out more about the role here.

We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $108,324 -$144,134 commensurate to skills and experience. To be successful, you will bring:Demonstrated ability to navigate large datasets with SQL and PowerqueryConfidence and competence with analytical and visualisationsExperience in analysis and interpretation of dataExcellent written communication, able to write briefs and visualise data for a variety of audiencesThe ability to recognise opportunities to change and collaborate on future requirementsStrong commitment to teamwork and collaborationYou will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori.

You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service.'
