About the Chefs role:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chefs to run the kitchen. The Chef will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed, on a flexible 7 days week roster

Role Requirement: Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Preparing and cooking food
Plating food
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff

Ensuring hygiene regulations are complied with

Freezing and preserve foods MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Either a relevant NZQA Level 2 qualification OR a minimum of one years relevant work experience.

Employment type := Permanent Full time ( Minimum 30 hours per week)
Region :- Rotorua ( Bay Of Plenty)
Hourly Rate :- $25.00 per hour to $30.00 Per hour

Experience :- Minimum 1 year of Commercial Kitchen Experience
