- As a leas baker you will be responsible for:
- Bagel quality control.
- Managing staff breaks
- Operating within health and safety guidelines
- Operating complaint with food safety plan
- Managing daily wholesale orders including pickup and delivery
- Working in conjunction with other managers and departments
