Class 5 Driver

We're on the lookout for a dependable and experienced Class 5 Driver** to join our client's team. This is a hands-on role that involves operating heavy vehicles and supporting general yard and warehouse functions - perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Alongside your driving skills, you'll be someone who takes pride in representing the company professionally when interacting with customers and suppliers.

• Drive Class 5 vehicles for deliveries and onsite movements.
• Deliver and uplift trailers/vehicles between sites and to customers.
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading (if licensed).
• Carry out basic vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with general workshop and yard duties, including housekeeping.
• Safely maneuver trailers within the yard.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, on the road and on-site.
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Current NZ Class 5 driver's licence (essential).
• Forklift licence preferred - or willingness to obtain.
• Experience handling and reversing trailers in tight spaces.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable time management.
• Professional attitude and confident communicator - comfortable dealing with customers directly.
