We are seeking a Drainage Labourer to join our expanding civil groundworks and drainage team.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the installation of drainage systems for a variety of projects
- Prepare sites by clearing, digging, and levelling excavation areas.
- Work with teams to ensure the proper placement of drainage materials.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other labourers and tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Previous drainage or civil experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of drainage systems and installation techniques is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Time on machinery such as diggers is an advantage
- Candidates currently working towards their drain laying qualifications is an advantage.
- Full Class 1 Driver’s license
