What We're Looking For- Full NZ driver’s licence (Class 2 a bonus)
- Reliable transport to site (some roles include a work vehicle)
- Physically fit – this is hands-on outdoor work
- Available for 45–50 hours/week
- Site Safe preferred (we can help you get this if needed)
- Able to take direction and work well in a team
- 2x references
- You must be eligible to work in New Zealand
About the Role – Landscape Construction & Foundations Labourer
We're after a reliable team player with experience in landscape construction and/or concrete slab foundations. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager on projects across Canterbury.
What You'll Be Doing- Site prep and boxing for foundations, concrete paths, patios, and driveways
- General landscape construction tasks
- Ensuring tidy, safe, and top-quality finishes
- Working with or alongside machinery (if qualified)
- Reading and interpreting site plans
- Following consistent processes to a high standard
- Construction/Formwork experience (especially RibRaft foundations, slabs, driveways, and patios)
- High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Understanding of levels, drainage, and finishing
- 2+ years’ experience in residential construction
- Physically fit with a Full NZ Driver's Licence
- Willingness to learn and try new things
- A good attitude and motivation to get the job done right
- Experience operating a digger or holding a Class 2 licence is a bonus
