Experienced Carpenter

We’re looking for an experienced, self-managing Carpenter who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well, and fits into a respectful, down-to-earth team culture.

What you’ll do

Carry out high-quality carpentry across all stages of residential builds
Work closely with our team and management to keep jobs moving smoothly
Follow plans, specs, and sequencing accurately
Maintain strong communication — daily updates, site notes, and photos help us keep full visibility
Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers when required
Uphold excellent site safety and tidy site standards

Take ownership of your work with accountability and pride

What we’re looking for

Trade-qualified carpenter
Minimum 5–8 years’ residential construction experience
Consistent, reliable, and able to work unsupervised
Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering quality
Comfortable using apps and systems for timesheets, site notes, photos, and documentation
A proactive communicator — you keep the team updated and raise issues early
Calm, respectful, and easy to work with; someone who contributes to a positive team culture

A problem solver who approaches challenges with a solutions-focused attitude
