Electrical Project Manager – Tauranga

An established and fast-growing electrical services company is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join its Tauranga-based Contracts team. This role involves managing a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and financial tracking.
• Plan and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Allocate and manage labour and material resources.
• Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships.
• Coordinate services across different trades and suppliers.
• Lead and supervise on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and documentation.
• Handle project variations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and site standards.
• Oversee quality control processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• NZ Electrical Registration.
• Previous experience in project management or as a Site Supervisor looking to step up.
• Solid understanding of construction environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset with flexibility in approach and working hours.
