About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team of Contract Managers and Franchisees across the Wellington region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, franchise compliance, business development, and customer satisfaction

- $80,000 - $90,000 + company car
- Wellington, CBD
- Franchise Management: Oversee franchise agreements, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
- Operations Leadership: Ensure efficient service delivery, solve operational challenges, and support contract start-ups.
- Business Development: Secure new clients, upsell services, and prepare proposals and quotes.
- Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, resolve queries, and drive continuous improvement.
- Health & Safety: Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with H&S standards.
- Human Resources: Recruit, training, and support staff and franchisees.
- Quality & Financial Oversight: Monitor service quality, manage financial performance, and support marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in operations and account management
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
