We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the horticulture and cropping sector. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for agriculture, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and other farm machinery.
- Assist with planting, irrigating, spraying, and harvesting crops.
- Perform basic machinery maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in safe working order.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support general farm duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating agricultural machinery.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Full Drivers Licence.
- Previous experience in horticulture or broadacre cropping highly regarded.
