Position: Workshop Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating daily workshop activities to meet operational targets.
• Studying technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate materials, methods, and sequences of operation.
• Fitting and assembling metal components to fabricate production machinery and equipment.
• Ensuring the accuracy, clearance, and fit of fabricated parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Diagnosing mechanical faults, overseeing operational maintenance, and managing the overhaul and repair of equipment.
• Implementing safety standards and operational procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conducting quality checks and approving completed mechanical work.
• May be responsible for on-site installation and erection of machines and equipment.
• Reporting on workshop performance and recommending improvements to optimize production and maintenance processes.

Requirements:

3 years relevant experience or relevant qualification is needed.
