Service Receptionist
About our Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Receptionist to join our team at our dealership in Te Rapa, Hamilton. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our service team in managing customer vehicle bookings and servicing, both at the workshop and customer counter.Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service that enhances sales, dealership performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting all products and services offered by Ingham.
- Welcoming customers during vehicle drop-off and pickup.
- Generating accurate quotes and invoices for repair services.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensuring meticulous recording of booking and parts sales information.
- Prioritising customer satisfaction and demonstrating attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Possession of a clean, full driver's license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administration roles.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills in English.
- Residency in New Zealand and/or a valid work visa.
- Demonstrated personal integrity and reliability.
