Senior Project Manager

This is a well-run medium sized commercial contractor with a consistent work pipeline. They take care of their people, reward them well and have a sound reputation within the market. They focus on projects within the $5M - $30M range and cover a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, and education to name a few.
Your role will involve sole responsibility for a project plus assisting the construction manager on other projects.- Programming and managing programme and quality (Microsoft Project)
- Assisting with construction methodology and consulting with architect/engineers
- Liaising with clients
- Attending to any council matters
- Material procurement
- On site supervision
- Progress reporting
- Health and safety
Planning and programming skills are developed, and you can manage site staff effectively. You have rapport with sub-contractors and consultants and can influence where necessary.
Rem: $170K - $180K + vehicle.
