As the Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with the IST Platform Manager & IST Programme Director to manage the delivery leadership for the technology deliverables for the Service Experience initiative as part of MSD's Services for the Future transformation programme.
You'll be responsible for planning, co-ordination, and reporting, as well as ensuring appropriate governance is in place, across the delivery of up to 30 team members within the Improvement Systems & Technology (IST) group over the next 24 months.
This team will perform the design, testing, and integration of MSD systems into the Salesforce based system as well as the decommission and disengagement of replaced solutions.

- Skills And Experience: We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior IT Project Manager who has worked as part of a multi-workstream programme involving organisational and operating model change.
Your skills will span core project management activities—planning, financial management, risk and issue management, reporting, and governance—while also bringing experience in agile and scrum delivery, as well as technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will also:Possess demonstrable leadership experience and the ability to galvanise and motivate team members working as part of a leadership team for the Service Experience initiative.Have the ability to align technical delivery with broader organisational goals.Be comfortable with complex technology solutions (cloud, data, and integration environments) and understand the interconnectedness of work across platforms, processes, and teams.Have a proven track record of delivering technology change in the context of a large and complex organisation.Possess the capability to translate technical detail into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.Be experienced in working with multi-tiered governance functions and decision-making structures.Maintain a degree of flexibility in approach as the platform, vendor relationships, or organisational structures evolve.Have exceptional stakeholder management skills encompassing a diverse range of internal teams and 3rd party vendors.The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery of large Salesforce solutions with complex integration patterns to legacy systems.

Salary range: $161,762.00
