A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our NEW Wainuiomata Store.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Providing technical product information to customers
- Stock replenishment
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment
The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.
In addition, we are ideally seeking:- Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.
- Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement
- Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence, (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not required
- Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.
- Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
- IT competency.
We are looking for a Full Time Team Member to fill our Tuesday - Saturday roster in our Drive Thru team.
