These values inspire, motivate us and drive us to provide the very best service to the New Zealand public.Watch this video to see what our people say about the NZBS values they admire the most.How you will make impact:In this role, you will be responsible for the effective, accurate and timely processing of the end-to-end activities of the accounts payable function.This includes:Ensuring that invoices are correctly codedProcessing invoices in Microsoft Great Plains,Ensuring that payments are made in a timely fashion,Statement are reconciliation,Maintaining creditors' masterfiles,Liaising with colleagues nationally to resolve discrepancies.Occasionally also ensuring that automatic and direct debit payments are uploaded, and overseas supplier payments and MasterCard reconciliation are completed.What will put you ahead of the competition:We are looking for a customer-focussed individual with excellent communication skills who can build relationships inside the organisation and externally too.
