Hourly rate - $ 32 - $ 42Hourly
Qualification/experience required- minimum of Relevant Bachelor Degree and/ or minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Job location – The position involves the comprehensive oversight of business administration, including human resources (HR) management, financial operations, accounting, and overall business operations, with direct reporting responsibilities to the Director.The role is based in Auckland and encompasses the management and administration of a portfolio consisting of five barbershops, one hair salon, and one food takeaway outlet. Furthermore, the responsibilities will extend to any new branches opened within the Auckland city region.
Job Description-Duties and Tasks- Maintain and manage all records, including financial documentation.
- Oversee all aspects of business administration.
- Develop and manage the business budget.
- Handle contractual documentation, including leases, loan agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage accounts, banking, and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare and follow up on invoices, quotes, and ensure timely reconciliation of transactions.
- Oversee human resources functions, including strategy development, policy implementation, staff development, mentorship, legal compliance, and documentation.
- Draft quotations, manage staff rosters, and monitor staff attendance.
- Draft emails and correspondence as directed by the Director.
- Perform basic financial accounting tasks, including invoicing and transaction reconciliation.
- Manage administrative functions and documentation related to suppliers.
- Oversee accounts and office management.
- Maintain and manage the customer database.
- Ensure customer work is completed on time and that technicians adhere to contractual obligations.
- Draft customer contracts and provide accurate estimates and quotes.
- Manage workflow and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure company compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor staff rosters and ensure all sites are adequately staffed and serviced.
- Manage customer and operational feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
