Experienced Excavator Operator

Our client is looking for experienced excavator operators as soon as possible!

• Duration: Ongoing for a couple of months (potential to extend for the right candidate)
• Location: Warkworth
• Equipment: 14-30 tonne excavators
• Requirements: Experienced operators, with GPS operation skills (essential)
• Days / Hours: Monday-Friday. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm

Hourly Pay RateNegotiable, based on your experience $40+

• Carrying out bulk earthworks, trenching and site cuts
• Loading trucks and moving materials efficiently
• Operating machinery safely and accurately around services and other workers
• Using GPS machine control for detailed excavation and final trim work
• Completing daily machinery checks and maintaining equipment to a safe operating standard

• Proven experience as an excavator operator in civil construction
• Must be confident and competent with GPS operation
• Ability to read plans and follow site instructions
• Strong understanding of site safety and good communication skills

• Hold valid tickets to operate
• Have GPS operating experience (essential)
• Have reliable transport
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Return a clean criminal background check
