The Role

You will be operating modern excavators across civil infrastructure projects throughout Queensland.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Operating excavators on roadworks and subdivision projects
• Bulk excavation, final trim, and site preparation
• Working accurately to plans, levels, and set-out
• Using GPS and machine control systems where required
• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and productive work site
• Taking ownership of your machine and quality of work

• Minimum 5+ years excavator operating experience in civil construction or roadworks
• Proven skills in bulk excavation, final trim, and site prep
• GPS or machine control experience preferred
• Strong safety mindset and reliability
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver consistent results
• Willingness to relocate from New Zealand to Australia
