They are now looking for an intermediate/senior or senior level project manager that ideally has vertical project experience in PM consultancy.
The role will see you managing client relationships:
Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes and advising on procurement options
Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works and various project reports
Manage stakeholders and conduct and/or chair meetings
As a project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 6 -10 years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health, education, utilities and transport.
A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.
Salary $130K - $160K+ Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
