About the Role Right now, we'relooking for a Clinical Lead to continue to develop the Integrated PrimaryMental Health and Addiction and Mental health Brief Intervention Services inSouth Canterbury.
You will be instrumental in supporting, nurturing andenabling, Primary Mental Health Clinicians, Health Improvement Practitioners(HIP's), Health Coaches/Support Workers to ensure early access to mental healthand addiction services in Primary Care.AboutYou Along with yourclinical expertise, you will be someone with strong quality management skills,with experience in enabling continuous quality improvement.
You will manage thecontinual development of these Primary Care based teams. This will involveworking with people and organisations that span the continuum of care. It willbe a great opportunity for you to use your skills in critical thinking, problemsolving and team management.
