Fire and Emergency New Zealand are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Wellington based team for a 6-month fixed term until 24th December 2026.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support.General office administrative duties including meeting organisation and minutesEnsuring legislative compliance of Official Information Act requestsProject and events coordination and administration Accounts payable and asset management Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga
  • What you'll bring to the role:Efficiently deliver a range of administrative activities in a responsive and timely manner.
You will be responsible for maintaining quality administration systems and delivering support to a high standard within agreed timeframes to ensure a reliable support service is provided.
Working across a range of departments and functions with potential to deliver a good variety of work.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will: Highly effective time management and prioritisation skillsHigh-level attention to detailProficiency in Office365 applicationsNatural affinity to problem solving and process improvementFun personality with a strong customer focus The salary range for this role is $59,674
