We’re looking for a lively, people-focused, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the voice of our brand — helping clients, supporting our cleaning teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.This opportunity is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.

What You’ll Be Doing- Customer Care First
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and contractors via phone, email, and online platforms in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and issue resolution
- Handle complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinating Excellence
- Log and track service requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Liaise with cleaning teams, supervisors, and area managers to coordinate service delivery
- Monitor service performance and escalate issues when necessary
- Keeping Records Straight
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation tasks
- Support internal communication between departments
- Team Player Energy
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and maintain our high standard of service

What We’re Looking For- Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service or call centre experience (preferably in service-based industries)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit
