We’re looking for a lively, people-focused, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the voice of our brand — helping clients, supporting our cleaning teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This opportunity is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer Care First
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and contractors via phone, email, and online platforms in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and issue resolution
  • Handle complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinating Excellence
  • Log and track service requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Liaise with cleaning teams, supervisors, and area managers to coordinate service delivery
  • Monitor service performance and escalate issues when necessary
  • Keeping Records Straight
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation tasks
  • Support internal communication between departments
  • Team Player Energy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and maintain our high standard of service

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service or call centre experience (preferably in service-based industries)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit
