We are looking for someone who has experience in the following:-- Running day-to-day site operations, hands on worker leading the team.
- Experienced with a wide range of construction machinery and its operation.
- Understands plans/specifications for civil sites and delivers work on time and within budget.
- Excellent team player who displays strong leadership skills, but will work alongside the rest of the team to meet deadlines and can communicate well with all staff.
- Reports site progress to Management.
- Follow company protocols with regards to Health and Safety.
- Ensure equipment is clean and maintained for optimal performance.
