As part of this expansion, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated full time Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house and support overall restaurant operations from opening through ongoing operation.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and an excellent guest experience.
• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, including wait and bar teams.
• Work closely with senior management on budgeting, staffing, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams on menu updates, service flow, and special events.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, and guest flow to maximise efficiency and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, employment obligations, and liquor licensing requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Control labour costs through efficient rostering and staffing.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and monitor weekly and monthly performance.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and act as a role model aligned with company values.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a restaurant or bar environment.
• Proven experience working in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Professional presentation and high grooming standards.

• Competitive pay rate of $33.50–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
