A busy Malaysian restaurant in Silverdale Auckland, is seeking experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints efficiently
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or hold a diploma in Business Management or Hospitality
- Sound knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques used for Malaysian cuisines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
