From Passport and Citizenship to RealMe Verified Identities as well as Births, Deaths, and Marriages, you'll help ensure our customers receive seamless, high-quality support across a wide range of identity services.You will initially be working on the frontline-connecting with customers via phone, email, or in person-and once skilled, also working behind the scenes to assess applications and ensure the products we send out are up to standard, your contribution helps shape the trusted reputation of the Regulatory and Identity Services Branch at the Department of Internal Affairs.If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to have you on board.We are seeking a number of motivated and engaged people to join our teams based at 7 Waterloo Quay Wellington.
This recruitment round is seeking action orientated, energetic, and customer-focused people to support New Zealanders through every step of applying for and renewing their passport.
To be successful in this role you will be service delivery orientated- willing to learn and understand the unique needs of our customers (New Zealand citizens and people wanting to be citizens).
You will have proven you are able to consistently meet high standards of accuracy, timeliness and are able to follow operating policies and procedures when accessing and making decisions on customer requests and applications.' With your strong customer focus, you will champion the needs of our customers, identifying opportunities to improve both our services and access to them.
