Service Delivery Coordinator
We are looking for a practical, customer and solution focussed person to join our Metlink Operations team.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our central Wellington office.
**About the role:**
Reporting to the Manager Bus, Ferry and Total Mobility the role's primary focus is to provide high quality levels of service for our customers as well as supporting the wider operations team.
This will involve proactively- Identifying network issues and improvement areas.
- Monitoring the bus network for performance, planning and reporting purposes.
- Back-office system administration.
- Auditing and reporting on the performance of our operators and services.
- Supporting our diversity and inclusion, te reo Maori and tikanga policies.
- A willingness to look at life through different lenses.
- A passion for customer service.
- An interest in public transport and a desire to learn more.
- Excellent organisational skills and enjoy challenge.
- Strong, analytical and problem-solving skills including the interrogation of data.
- Proven understanding of back-office and administrative database systems; and competence in the Microsoft suite of applications.
- **A full, clean NZ driver's license**.

The salary range for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $60,795 to $91,193 with a midpoint of $75,994. Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
