Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control.
Collaborate with the Workshop Manager, technicians, and parts team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Schedule and manage service appointments, maintaining efficient workshop flow.
Communicate clearly with customers to identify service needs and offer informed recommendations.
Liaise with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare and explain service estimates and repair options to customers.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-focused role within a another industry (e.g., hospitality, client services).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
A full, clean driver’s license.
