Cladding Installer

CT Clad is looking to employ a skilled and reliable Cladding Installer with a minimum of five years’ hands-on experience. If you take pride in high-quality work, are confident on-site, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5 years’ building experience including installing exterior cladding systems
• Solid understanding of cladding systems, flashing details, and weather-tightness requirements
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A professional and respectful attitude when working with clients, contractors, and team members
• Good time management and reliability
• Competence using standard hand and power tools
• A full, clean driver’s licence
• Comfortable using a smartphone to complete job reports, timesheets, and site photos
• Qualifications are a bonus but not essential if you have the experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a range of exterior cladding systems to a high standard
• Interpret plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe work areas
• Communicate with site foremen and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Report any issues or changes in scope promptly
• Contribute to a positive team culture and represent CT Build with professionalism on every job
