We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40–45 hours per week, with regular overtime and Saturday shifts available.________________________________________
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and position stone slabs for precision cutting
- Conduct quality checks before processing
- Use batch-matched slabs when required to ensure consistency
- Vein-match slabs for seamless results in high-end projects
- Program and operate CNC cutting machines using CAD drawings

What We’re Looking For:- Previous experience operating a CNC Saw or Waterjet (experience in the stone or glass industry highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- A proactive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience with porcelain (an advantage)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and joinery plans
- A passion for producing premium, detail-driven work
