We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across the region.
About you:- 5+ years' experience in commercial quantity surveying in New Zealand
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration
- Strong knowledge of NZS3910 and construction contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and a team player
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Christchurch
- Manage all financial aspects of commercial construction projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and progress claims
- Lead procurement and contract administration
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients
- Mentor junior QS staff and contribute to business improvement initiatives
