We are looking for people who are empathetic, passionate support workers. You will be part of a small team who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to those who live and work in the home.

- A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
- Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Previous Experience: Work or lived experience in health sector
