We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role within a leading 3PL Logistics business, who is focused on providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
This role involves handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the logistics process.
The CSR is the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Inquiries:Addressing customer questions about shipments, rates, services, and procedures.
- Shipment Tracking:Monitoring the status of shipments and providing updates to customers.
- Issue Resolution:Identifying and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the logistics process.
- Communication:Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Data Entry:Accurately entering and maintaining customer data in relevant systems.
- Compliance:Understanding and adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.
- Strong Customer Service Skills:The ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.Problem-Solving Skills:The ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail:Accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping is important.
- Experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service role is preferred.
- Computer Literacy:Familiarity with relevant software and systems is necessary.

You will need to pass full pre-employment drug testing and also have full-time eligibility to work, they are not accredited so you will need to have permanent residency or NZ citizenship
