Customer Service Representative

Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS NZ) is a trusted not-for-profit provider of home and community services across Aotearoa New Zealand. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team and help us provide exceptional support to our clients and their whanau.

About the Role

As a key member of our Operations team, you will:

• Coordinate and manage over 11,000 client appointments each week.
• Deliver outstanding service to clients and their whanau with empathy and professionalism.
• Support both office-based and community operations with efficiency and care.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are valued.
• Be based at our Penrose office, contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service.
