Salary: Competitive hourly rates $28-$34 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
As a Chef with George Hospitality, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes, help maintaining a smooth kitchen operation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your creativity and passion for food will shine through in every dish!

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
- Assist with food prep such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Support senior Chefs during busy service periods
- Properly store leftover food and label items for future use
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning as needed
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and a passion for food
- Excellent communication skills
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
