About the role -

With a passion for customer care and sales, you'll make sure our customers receive a great experience, as you develop your ability to blend retail, customer service, and people leadership skills and experience. You will be the driving force in leading the team performance to achieve Retail sales and achieving customer experience excellence, creating a loyal customer base and enhancing store growth.

This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 35-40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, retail, or pharmacy management (pharmacy retail environment preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally across multidisciplinary teams (pharmacy, retail, health or beauty)
  • Strong people management and team development skills
  • Familiarity with Toniq and retail systems (advantageous)
  • Inventory and stock management experience, including buying knowledge
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and natural health products desirable
  • Ability to step confidently into a leadership role and prioritise a high workload
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Motivated, dynamic, and solutions-focused with a great attitude
