Part-Time Axe Throwing Venue Supervisor

We're seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to join our energetic axe throwing team. Role Overview:

Location: Sweet Axe Throwing Company, 5 Galatos Street, Auckland CBD

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise day to day venue operations and ensure smooth customer flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee safety protocols, including guiding customers through axe throwing procedures.
• Lead by example – supporting staff, handling issues calmly, and stepping up as the licensed duty manager on shift.

You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed duty manager (current license required).
• Solid hospitality experience – bar, restaurant, events or similar.
• Ideally, a valid First Aid certificate.
• A confident, personable style – someone who’s genuinely engaged with guests and team members.
• A cool head and strong sense of responsibility – safety and fun go hand in hand here!
