Shopify & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Shopify & Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. This is a part-time role, ideally suited to someone looking for flexible hours around school runs or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update our Shopify online storeReview and update product listings, pricing, promotions and bundles
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends
Track sales KPIs and recommend improvements
Work with our photographer and videographer to create high-quality product and campaign content
Plan and schedule social media posts using Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms
Support and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
Develop, refine, and execute social media and e-commerce strategy to grow brand awareness and online sales
About You:
Solid experience with Shopify (managing products, pages, basic edits)Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
Confident developing social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Skilled at interpreting sales and marketing KPIs and proposing actions
Experience working alongside creatives (photographers, videographers, graphic designers)
Good organisational and communication skills
Confident self-starter, capable of managing projects independently
Previous experience in small business, outdoor/lifestyle brands, or campervan sector is a bonus
The Details:
Part-time, approx 10–20 hours per week (flexible)Work primarily on-site in Wairau Valley, North Shore, Auckland, with some work-from-home flexibility
