Customer Service Supervisor - Weekend Operations

Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS NZ) is a trusted not-for-profit provider of home and community services across Aotearoa New Zealand. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team and help us provide exceptional support to our clients and their whanau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekend staff and ensure efficient shift operations. Team size is 6-8.
- Hours: Fri (10:30AM – 7PM), Sat–Sun (7 AM – 5 PM) + 1 Weekday (preferably Monday – flexible)
- Allocate tasks, manage schedules, and support team performance.
- Handle client concerns and service escalations professionally.
- Support training and onboarding of team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or homecare.
- Strong team management skills.
- Confident handling escalations and making decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
