National Quality Compliance Manager

Ventia has an excellent opportunity for a proactive, passionate, and people-oriented Quality Compliance Manager to join their team based in Auckland

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Compliance Advisor, you’ll work closely with our Energy Networks and Renewables operational teams and their Senior Leadership across various regions. Your role is to guide and support quality assurance and compliance initiatives, ensuring operational excellence.

You’ll build strong relationships, coach teams, and influence key stakeholders to uphold high standards and meet client expectations. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor operational leaders in the use of quality systems and processes
  • Support teams to meet client and accreditation audit requirements
  • Collaborate with SHEQ Advisors and Business Managers to deliver audit schedules and maintain ISO, IANZ, and ACC standards
  • Conduct internal audits, focusing on risk mitigation and continuous improvement
  • Share insights and trends from inspections and audits to enhance operational performance

ABOUT YOU

You’re a proactive, people-oriented professional with a passion for quality and compliance. Your ability to engage with diverse teams and your strength in communication make you a trusted advisor and mentor. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally within the infrastructure sector
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Experience with project or contract-based quality management
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and audit tools such as iAuditor
  • Confidence and resilience to influence and lead change across teams
